I love using Asset Panda to keep our assets organized and efficiently manage upgrades. The ability to track the location, age, and assignment of laptops is invaluable. I particularly appreciate how quickly I can sort data to identify which employee has the oldest laptop, which helps streamline our replacement process. The reports and data extraction features are exceptional, providing deep insights into our asset inventory's status. They are beneficial because they not only help manage the lifecycle of our assets but also facilitate the re-purchase process and contribute to maintaining cash flow at the end of an asset's life. I find that entering assets into Asset Panda is tedious and slow. I would love if all I had to enter for the information of the laptop would be the serial number, with the rest being filled in automatically from the manufacturer's support website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Asset Panda's setup process exceptionally straightforward, which made it easy for me to start using the system efficiently. I find the lack of integration with key tools like Jamf and Google Workspace quite limiting. This restricts my ability to automate workflows and efficiently gather information across platforms. Additionally, I wish Asset Panda could share user names and emails linked to specific assets by tracking sign-in logs, which would significantly enhance tracking and management capabilities. We have a consistently growing fleet, and they do not make it easy to simply upgrade space online. They only way to do this is to reach out to a rep. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It seemed like it had good features, was pretty simple, and would work for our requirements. Putting all of our asset data into the system was about as expected and some of the management features we used worked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is no way to get your asset data out via download or export, only by generating reports (pdf, csv), and you can only get reports via email (no download option). When we weren't receiving any of their reports via email, they told us our issue was out of scope for their technical support and gave us instructions on how to reset our user passwords. This basically makes the whole platform useless. For over $2K a year, we would expect to at least be able to create a .csv file correctly and actually get access to it. Asset Panda allows you to formulate your own internal processes from the ground up with all the nuances and additional details. This differs greatly from most of the asset management software available on the market today, as typically the user is expected to conform to in-built processes with limited customization. The downsides to using Asset Panda are limited and relatively trivial. The dashboard feature could use some tweaking as it is far from comprehensive and although the interface is reasonably aesthetic and functional it could use a bit of a facelift. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The transition process from our old product to AP was seamless and their staff was so helpful in asking the right questions and getting our system configured. Since there was so much to understand they knew what questions to ask and how to guide us to our best configuration. While they were very attentive to our needs, they also were effective in guiding us along the right paths, so we didn't get sidetracked in how we configured the system or too bogged down with things we would eventually learn didn't matter. The only things I would change is the auto timeout feature, I wish there was a way to turn it off. Also, it would be nice if I could click to the next asset in the list without needing to go back to my search results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Well, during the pre-sales consultation, they were promising a lot of possibilities. We wanted to change from Cheqroom, which is a good solution but wanted to get more customization. During the onboarding, they have realized, that we need more than they could provide us. This is also a positive thing, that they have recognized, this is not possible with their solution. After when we have discussed, the solution, what they could provide us is not enough for us, they promised, they will refund the cost of the license... 1 year ago... I have no answer for my e-mails... 1 year ago. I won't recommend them; or for first, they have to do the implementation and they have to prove the solution is the right one for you, then you can pay it. But they won't accept this condition I guess.
